Dubai – Government Consulting and Advisory

Mr. Paul Rothschild moved to Dubai in 2013 after working in the UK, The Bahamas and Switzerland in financial management, real estate, design, development, and investment.

Whilst in Dubai, Mr. Paul Rothschild was asked to consult with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) the World’s largest Free Zone run by the Dubai Government, with a remit of improving its financial infrastructure operations in Dubai.

In 2014, Mr. Paul Rothschild was appointed to the Board of private investment holding company Royal Ltd. The company later acquired PLDD Platinum Luxury Design and Development, where Mr. Paul Rothschild retained his role as CEO focusing on expanding international real estate development.


Luxury Design and Development

During Mr. Paul Rothschild’s time in Dubai, PLDD was invited to work with the Royal Family’s architect team on the designs for two Premier 5*+ boutique hotels. The company was also chosen to propose the design for the World Football Hall of Fame in Dubai, as well as securing the design and development contracts for a number of the Penthouses in the Burj Khalifa, Dubai, UAE.

Between 2000 and 2019 Mr. Paul Rothschild was key investor and CEO of PLDD, and today remains a key advisor to the firm.
